I have spent my whole life perfecting my love of giving homemade gifts to those who I love. One day in 2019, my husband suggested that I try selling some of my items and after a little pushing and encouragement, I launched Petra's Custom Gift Shoppe, to much success.
The product I produce is a grand mixture of licensed graphics and graphics created by me. Whether you have seen something that you like elsewhere and want it reproduced or you have an idea for a fun gift, that has been floating around your head, I am the person for you. Do I have to pay at the time of ordering?
Yes, all orders must be paid in full at the time of ordering. No exceptions.
I've placed an order. How long until I will receive it?
My typical turnaround time, (from the time an order is placed, to the time it is shipped out,) is 7 to 10 BUSINESS DAYS. Delays can happen, for any number of reasons, and I will do my best to communicate with you about any delays.
Do you ship out of the Country?
I can, yes. International shipping is NOT included in the FREE SHIPPING or FLAT RATE shipping cost so please contact me at [email protected] to place your order.
Is your clothing true to size?
For most items, yes. If I have received feedback that something runs a little small or large, or if I have found a brand who's sizing I find to be off, I will not carry that brand and would definitely let you know if you were to request it. Here are sizing charts for the two brands that I use the most: Gildan Unisex Style and Bella + Canvas Womens
Do you have any special care instructions?
To ensure that you are able to enjoy your custom wearable for a long time, I highly suggest washing your garment inside out, in cold water and to either air dry or dry on low heat. Absolute best practice is to adopt the "handmade means handwash" method with any item from Petra's Custom Gift Shoppe. If you have any questions regarding care, please contact me at [email protected]
Do you offer wholesale pricing?

What is your return policy?
Because of the nature of my business, (custom items) refunds are not provided. If you receive an item that you are disappointed in for whatever reason, every attempt to rectify the situation will be made, with the ultimate result being a store credit (after all other possibilities have been attempted.)
